Our story

The Wheels of Impact was born out of Karim El Oteify’s journey, one shaped by the challenges of navigating the professional world as a disabled, neurodivergent, Arab, and Muslim person. He saw and experienced how workplaces often fail to create an inclusive environment, which led organizations to miss out on the added value of diverse and engaged teams.

After building a strong skillset in systemic change, communications, and DEI, Karim started the Wheels of Impact to build workplaces where employees not only feel valued but also create value.
