Engagement

Training and development.

Size

+30 professionals and +250 students.

We collaborated with Erasmus University units and faculties on various learning & development sessions that:

  • Boosted staff member engagement for better collaboration and connection.

  • Raised awareness on identity, intersectionality and inclusion among students and lecturers.

  • Introduced students and staff to systemic change principles applied to their educational context and experiences.

The Challenge

The different units and faculties within Erasmus University struggled with bridging the gap between theory and practice. In such an academic context, it is difficult to translate theory into actionable insights and practices.

The Wheels of Impact stepped in to help staff members and students reflect and implement best practices with intention, while adapting to their different audiences.
